THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY ON WHOSE BEHALF YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS (collectively “You” or “User”) AND INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS®, flagship of City Explorers and its subsidiaries (collectively “INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP”) and INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP website, mobile site(s), social media page(s), E-mails, Promotional Mailers and other promotional collateral (“INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP” Channels”)

INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels can be/are accessible by Users worldwide. User participation on INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels is voluntary and any information, personal or otherwise, contributed to INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels is done so upon the User’s own initiative. Users may discontinue participation at any time.

INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP considers its Users’ privacy to be of the utmost importance. Information posted or submitted to the INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels is governed by INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP Data Privacy Policy.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use: As a condition of your use of the INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels, you warrant to INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP that you will not use the INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the reputation of the brand and other subsidiaries along with all involved channels or interfere with any other party’s use of the channels. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not made available or provided to you through the INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP.

Use of Communication Services: The INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP, CEPL® channels may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, blogs, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with and share information with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

  • Publish, post, upload or distribute another’s confidential, proprietary, sensitive or personal information or any information relating (directly or indirectly) to any past or existing commercial arrangements, contracts, engagements or provision of goods and services between any persons or organizations;
  • Upload files that contain viruses, worms, corrupted files, or any other similar software, programs or malicious content that may damage the operation of systems hosting INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels or another’s computer.
  • Advertise or offer to sell or buy or make available  any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages in which case you shall not advertise or offer to sell or buy or make available any unlawful goods or services.
  • Conduct or forward surveys (unrelated to City Explorers Pvt Ltd CEPL® and its related subsidaries business), contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
  • Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
  • Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
  • Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
  • Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
  • Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their and INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP consent.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Your participation in the Communication Services, including any personal web page or group identified as “private” or “secret” may be reviewed, edited, censored, removed or otherwise controlled by INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP, although INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP is under no legal obligation to you or any other person to do so, and shall not be responsible as author, editor or publisher (either directly or indirectly) for any information, ideas, data, materials or other content made available by you using the Communication Services. INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP reserves the right to restrict and/or terminate your access to any or all of the communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services.
  • INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP reserves complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of the INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP channels. INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
  • Always use caution when posting personally identifying information to the Communications Services.
  • INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service. To the extent permissible under applicable law, INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP specifically disclaims any liability to the fullest extent of law resulting from your participation in any Communication Service.
  • Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination; you are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

Notice and Takedown: INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP provides a “Notice and Takedown” mechanism for abusive or defamatory content, or other content precluded by these terms of use. Any content marked as “report abuse” or seen as “inappropriate” by a user or the team of the INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP is immediately put under review by the team and as a result of this review routine may be hidden from view until the event is addressed through our moderation process and if any post, thoughts, opinions or comments deemed inappropriate will be removed at the discretion of the moderation process.

Communities and Groups:  In certain areas of the INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP, users will able to create, join, participate and/or contribute to communities and collaborative groups. These groups are only to be created for the purpose of communicating, collaborating, or doing work with INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP. Creation of groups for purposes using information from INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS® – IHP for personal communication is forbidden. No one apart from the India City Walks™ is allowed to create, manage the groups with the associates and participants of the group.
